Non-woven filter cloth is divided into polyester and polypropylene according to different materials. After needle punching, combing sandwich composite into cloth, with three-dimensional structure. After heat-setting, sintering and surface treatment with chemical oil, the filter cloth has smooth appearance, good product density and air permeability. Practice has proved that it is more effective to be used in plate and frame filter press. The filter cake is easy to detach, easy to wash, and has better economic use value. It is widely used in dyestuff factory, iron and steel factory, brewery, etc. The filtration precision can be up to less than 1 micron. Users can customise the filter cloth according to the filtration precision and air permeability.
