Product Description

 

 The Z series conveyor belt is a conveyor belt produced in accordance with the BS (British Standard) standard. It mainly includes Z type, ZE type and ZC type, etc. The Z series conveyor belt is similar to the M series (metric) conveyor belt, except that its chain pitch is in imperial units (1.50in). The roller types of the Z series conveyor belt include no roller, S type small roller, R type large roller and F type shoulder roller. The Z series conveyor belt also includes Z standard conveyor belt, Z belt with attached plates conveyor belt and Z high plate conveyor belt. The product is made of high-quality alloy steel.
The plates are formed by precision technology through stamping and hole extrusion. The pins, bushings and rollers are processed by efficient automated equipment and automatic grinding equipment, and then undergo heat treatment such as carburizing, carbon-nitrogen protective belt furnace and surface sandblasting treatment to ensure the performance of the entire conveyor belt.
