PTFE-coated dust bag advantages:
1. Industrial filter media usually has a long set-up time and is not very efficient. It is also expensive to run and has a short service life. A membrane filter cloth stops dust from getting through. Dust is caught on the surface of the filter cloth. The membrane lets the right-sized particles through. No initial filtration period. Effective filtration is 100% of the time.
2. Low pressure, high flux continuous work.
Once in use, a traditional deep filtration filter bag allows dust to penetrate, forming a layer that blocks the airflow. This makes it harder to remove dust from the system. The coated film filter bag has a fine aperture and is non-adhesive so that dust cannot penetrate it. When dust is deposited on the surface of the filter bag, it falls off automatically, so that the filtration pressure is always low and the airflow rate is always high.
3. Clears dust easily. The pressure loss of any filter depends on how much dust is left on it after cleaning. The coated filter bag is easy to clean and keeps its shape. It can often maintain low-pressure loss.
4. The coated filter bag can last a long time. It can be used with any cleaning mechanism and will work well. It is a low-cost dust collector. The coated filter bag is a strong composite of soft fibers and a strong base material. It is durable, effectively removes dust, and reduces the intensity of soot cleaning. It has low and stable pressure loss and can be used for a long time to extend the life of the filter bag.
