They are mainly responsible for conveying workpieces to be sprayed to different processes such as the spraying area, drying area, and curing area according to a predetermined trajectory and speed, ensuring the continuous and efficient progress of the spraying process. Their performance directly affects the spraying quality (such as coating uniformity), production efficiency, and equipment stability.

Material Selection:

• Core components (chain links, pins) commonly use high-strength alloy steel or stainless steel. Through heat treatment (such as quenching), their wear resistance and tensile strength are improved to adapt to the high-load operation of the spraying line.
• Brackets or fixtures in contact with workpieces may adopt surface-treated steel (such as galvanized or chrome-plated steel) or non-metallic materials (such as high-temperature resistant plastics) to avoid scratching the workpieces or interfering with coating adhesion.

Special Designs:

• Some chains need to have corrosion resistance (as spraying areas often have paint, solvents, or high-temperature gases). Therefore, stainless steel materials or surface-sprayed anti-corrosion coatings are used.
• Overhead Conveyor Chains are designed in a closed-loop track type. The chains run along preset tracks (such as I-beam guide rails) to realize the conveying of workpieces along complex trajectories such as uphill, downhill, and turning.
