I.Introduction of Product:

The DMF-Z-40S is a 1.5" / DN40 right-angle electromagnetic diaphragm pulse valve designed for industrial dust collector and pulse jet cleaning systems. With a durable die-cast aluminum alloy body, corrosion-resistant treatment and high-strength rubber diaphragm, it provides fast response, reliable sealing and long service life.

The 90° inlet and outlet design allows easy installation between the air tank and blowpipe while ensuring efficient airflow. With an opening time of ≤0.05s, closing time of ≤0.1s and service life of over 1,000,000 cycles, the valve delivers powerful and consistent air pulses for effective cleaning of filter bags, filter cartridges and other filtration media.

Available in DC24V and AC220V versions, the DMF-Z-40S operates at 0.3-0.8 MPa and is suitable for baghouse dust collectors, industrial filtration systems, cement plants, steel mills, chemical plants and other dust removal applications.
