Maintenance and Care

Common Faults and Causes

Regular cleaning, lubrication, tension adjustment, wear inspection and replacement.The chain needs to be replaced when the elongation exceeds 2-3%,When replacing the chain, the main and driven sprockets must also be replaced; otherwise, mixing old and new parts will accelerate wear.

Chain jumping, abnormal noise: chain is too loose or severely worn
Chain misalignment, one-sided wear: drive and driven sprockets are not coplanar
Rear wheel swaying during acceleration: rear fork cushioning bushing is loose
