Bush Chains, also often referred to as roller chains, usually consist of a series of bushes, pins, rollers and link plates. The bush serves as the supporting surface for the chains rollers and cooperates with the pin to enable flexible rotation of the chains links. When the rollers engage with the sprocket teeth, they can reduce friction and wear between the chain and the sprocket.
Power is transmitted through the engagement of the rollers with the sprocket teeth. The chain is wrapped around the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket. When the driving sprocket rotates, it drives the chain to move by means of the engagement between the sprocket teeth and the rollers, which in turn drives the driven sprocket to rotate, thus realizing the transmission of power from the driving shaft to the driven shaft.
Made of high-quality materials and subjected to appropriate heat treatment, bush chains have high tensile strength and good wear resistance. They can bear large loads and are suitable for fields such as heavy machinery. They can work under conditions like high speed and high temperature, but regular lubrication is usually required to ensure their stable operation and reduce wear.
