LL1044 plate chain is a high-strength chain designed specifically for heavy-duty vertical lifting scenarios, commonly used in mast systems of lifting equipment such as forklifts and stackers.
The numbers in the model contain the core design information of the chain, following international standards such as ISO 4347:
LL: stands for "Leaf Chain", which is a plate chain specifically designed for lifting and hoisting.
10: Represents pitch (P, which is the distance between the centers of the two chain link pins). The calculation method is 10/16 inches,. This size conforms to the British standard series.
44: Represents the chain plate combination of "4 x 4", which is a key feature of its structure

1. Top level fatigue resistance
This is its most core advantage. Unlike transmission chains, LL1044 plate chains are only composed of chain plates and pin shafts, without rollers.
