Description

The product is the SCG551A017MS 48/DC - EMERSON ASCO 551 Pneumatic Spool Valve.  It is an ASCO Joucomatic spool valve, part of the SCG551A017MS range.   Series 551 allows for the connection of all exhaust ports, thus enhancing environmental protection.   We recommend this product for use in sensitive areas, such as clean rooms and within the pharmaceutical and food processing sectors.   This series provides environmental protection against the ingress of liquids, dusts or other foreign matter.   This valve features threaded port connections and a NAMUR interface.   Finally, it should be noted that the same spool valve can be adapted for 3/2 NC or 5/2 functions for controlling double/single-acting actuators.
