Product Description

Multiple strand roller chains are a type of roller chain composed of two or more parallel rows of chain links. They enhance transmission performance through the synergistic effect of the multi strand structure and are widely used in heavy-duty, high-precision mechanical transmission scenarios.

The core structure of multiple strand roller chains is consistent with that of single strand roller chains, but they consist of 2 strands (duplex), 3 strands (triplex) or even more parallel chain link units. Each strand is connected as a whole through shared outer plates and pins. The key components include:

Inner plates and outer plates: The inner plates and outer plates connect the bushings and pins respectively. The multiple rows of inner plates are symmetrically distributed, and the outer plates fix the multiple rows of chains into an integral body that moves synchronously.

Pins, bushings and rollers: Each row of chain links contains these components independently. The multi row structure improves the load-carrying capacity by evenly distributing the load.
