PPS coated needle felt is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fiber as the main body, forming a three-dimensional structure through the needle punching process to enhance the mechanical strength and filtration stability. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) microporous membrane, pore size ≤ 5μm, to achieve surface filtration and enhance the dust stripping efficiency.
Resistant to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, weak alkali, organic solvents and other corrosive media, suitable for highly corrosive flue gas environment containing sulfur oxides (SO2, SO3) and hydrogen chloride (HCl), the filtration precision reaches submicron level, filtration efficiency > 99%. The filtration efficiency is >99.99%, the air permeability is stable (about 12 L/m²-s), and the resistance recovers quickly after ash cleaning.
