The heavy-duty series open-pin roller chain is a type of roller chain specifically designed for high-load and high-strength transmission scenarios. It belongs to the open-pin connection type of chains (distinguished from spring card type or welded connection). Its core feature is: 
Overload design: By increasing key dimensions such as the thickness of the chain plate, the diameter of the rollers, and the diameter of the pin shaft, the load-bearing capacity of the chain is enhanced (typically applicable in scenarios with a rated load of ≥ 10 tons);
Open pin connection: The chain links are fixed with open pins (Split Pin), which is convenient for disassembly and assembly and has high connection strength. It is suitable for applications that require frequent assembly/disassembly or with severe impact.
Typically used in heavy machinery transmission, mining equipment, metallurgical rolling mills, large conveying systems, etc., in fields where the strength and reliability of the chain are extremely demanding.
