Its core adopts 40Cr alloy steel and optimized heat treatment process, which has high strength, wear resistance, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The minimum tensile strength can reach 12000Lb. The product provides various structural types such as solid pin shaft, hollow pin shaft, extended pin shaft, and attached plate, which can adapt to the harsh working conditions of high temperature, high humidity, and high grease in palm oil plants. It is a key conveying component to ensure the continuous and efficient production of palm oil.
