Its design is based on the single-row roller chain with an additional row of chain links, and the transmission capacity and stability are enhanced through a structure of two parallel rows of chains. High load-carrying capacity: Compared with single-row roller chains, the duplex structure shares the load through two rows of chains, and the transmission power can be increased by about 1.7-2 times (depending on the chain specifications), making it suitable for heavy-load scenarios.
Strong stability: The double-row symmetrical design reduces deflection and vibration during transmission, ensuring more stable operation, especially in long-distance transmission or high-speed operation.

Good durability: The load distribution is more uniform, which reduces the wear rate of individual components. When combined with lubrication, it can extend the service life.
