NMO filter bag refers to a nylon monofilament filter bag.

Material: It is made of nylon monofilament mesh. Nylon is a synthetic polymer with high strength, excellent wear resistance, good chemical resistance, water resistance and elasticity, which endows NMO filter bags with good mechanical strength and durability.

 

Structure:
It is usually made by warp and weft monofilament weaving and undergoes heat-setting treatment. Generally, it is equipped with reinforced seaming edges and metal rings (such as stainless steel rings, galvanised steel rings) or plastic rings, nylon rings to reinforce the opening, so as to enhance durability and sealing performance. Some nylon monofilament filter bags also have twill tape edge sealing at the side seams and bottom seams to prevent liquid from flowing around the pinholes.
