Chain couplings are a type of mechanical transmission component that realizes the connection of two shafts and transmits power through the meshing of a chain and sprockets. They are widely used in industrial fields such as textile machinery, printing machinery, mining equipment, and agricultural machinery. Their core design focuses on characteristics such as simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, and adaptability to certain shaft deviations, and they perform excellently in medium-low speed and medium-load transmission scenarios. 
 Due to the certain flexibility of the chain, the coupling can adapt to small radial, axial or angular deviations between the two shafts (the radial deviation generally does not exceed 0.1% of the shaft length, and the angular deviation does not exceed 1°), reducing the strict requirements on installation alignment accuracy.
