Their core design lies in utilizing the high-strength load-bearing capacity of the metal chain body and the characteristics of plastic attachments such as wear resistance, lightweight, and scratch resistance. They are suitable for scenarios requiring material surface protection, low-noise operation, or lightweight conveying, such as food processing, electronic component conveying, packaging machinery, and other fields.
Structural Design:
The shape of the attachments is customized according to the material conveying needs, with common types including:
Flat type: The flat surface is used to carry small regular materials (such as electronic parts).
Baffle type: Plastic baffles perpendicular to the chain links, used to prevent materials from slipping off (such as in the conveying of bottled products).
Groove type: Plastic attachments with clamping grooves, adapted to the directional conveying of tubular and rod-shaped materials.
Special-shaped structure: Customized according to the shape of special materials (such as arc-shaped, stepped).
Embedded type: Plastic attachments are prefabricated with mounting holes and fixed to the chain plates via pins or bolts, allowing for detachable replacement.
