The KR-939SB4 Integrated Four-Parameter Composite Probe is a non-bus architecture, universal combined transmitter within the KR-939 series cooling tower fan safety monitoring system. It can simultaneously monitor the full vibration of the fan reducer in the X, Y, and Z orthogonal directions and the temperature of the lubricating oil inside the gearbox.
This probe integrates four two-wire transmitters, outputting four channels of standard 4-20 mA current signals. It can interface with the Kere Company "KR-939B4 Fan Safety Monitor" or directly connect to computer data acquisition and control systems (e.g., DCS, PLC).

Vibration Measurement Characteristics: identical specifications for X, Y, and Z orthogonal directions.
Signal Output Characteristics:Standard: DC 4~20 mA two-wire system output. Due to terminal limitations, the positive power terminals of the four independent two-wire transmitters inside the probe are internally connected to form a shared +V terminal.
Power Supply Characteristics: Maximum Operating Voltage: 40 V, Recommended Voltage: 24 V, No-Load Voltage: 15 V (with built-in reverse polarity protection), Maximum Current per Transmitter: 30 mA
Load Characteristics: Load Resistance Range: 0~1250 Ω (at 24 V supply), Maximum Load Calculation (including transmission line resistance): Rmax=(V-15)/0.02 (Where V is the supply voltage)
Electrical Connections: The probe uses a 5-wire, 6-terminal configuration: 1# +V: +24 V power supply; 2# GND: Connected to the probe housing (shielding optional) 3# T: Temperature signal output; 4# Z: Vibration signal output (X-axis); 5# Y: Vibration signal output (Y-axis);6# X: Vibration signal output (Z-axis).

KR-939SB3 integrated three-parameter combination probe is installed in the threaded hole on the upper part of the fan gearbox (or other equipment under test) in the form of external threads. The probe rod is inserted into the gearbox to obtain the lubricating oil temperature, lubricating oil level, and box vibration signals in the gearbox, and complete the transmission and output.
