About the Products

I.Introduction of Product:

    Our ANSI A-Series Roller Chains No.100-240 are heavy-duty transmission and conveying chains for demanding industrial applications. Manufactured to ANSI dimensional standards with precision machining and carburizing, quenching and tempering heat treatment, they offer high tensile strength, shock resistance and wear resistance.

Designed for low-to-medium speed, high-torque and heavy-load operation, they are widely used in agricultural machinery, stone crushers, papermaking, building materials, lifting equipment and waste handling systems.

Compatible with standard ANSI sprockets, with straight plates, bent plates, side rollers and other attachments available for customization.

III.Usages:
1. Heavy Industrial Processing Equipment
(1):Rubber & Plastics Industry
Main drive for large rubber mixers, heavy extruders, big injection molding machines and tire manufacturing equipment, coping with strong torque and frequent startup impacts.
(2):Paper & Pulp Machinery
Fit large pulpers, wide-format paper machines, heavy rewinders and waste paper processing devices. Stable operation handles the heavy weight of paper rolls and pulp materials.
(3):Heavy-duty Machine Tools & Metallurgy (normal temperature only)
Applied to large lathes, milling machines, forging presses and stamping equipment. Suitable for cold steel coil transportation and steel packing machines. Not applicable for high-temperature hot rolling and slag conveying, which need dedicated metallurgical chains.
2. Heavy Conveying & Environmental Protection Facilities
(1): Construction materials: Brick production lines, cement part conveyors, stone cutting feeding lines for heavy solid workpiece transfer.
(2): Waste treatment: Feeding conveyors for garbage incineration plants, sludge transport equipment and heavy belt conveyor driving units.
(3): Heavy coating lines: Auto chassis and large hardware painting conveyor systems.
3. Mining, Quarry and Aggregate Equipment
Matched with stone crushers, vibrating feeders, ore screening machines and ordinary belt conveyors. These chains withstand continuous abrasion from sand and gravel. Not suitable for extreme high-temperature mine conditions.
4. Large Agricultural Machinery
Used for high-power farm equipment: large combine harvesters, corn silage harvesters, heavy threshers, big seeders and fertilizing units. They endure rough road vibration, field shocks and long-hour heavy-load farm work.
5. Logistics, Lifting and Port Auxiliary Equipment
(1): Heavy automated warehouses, large stackers and heavy-duty warehouse shuttle trolleys.
(2): Heavy-duty cargo elevators, fixed lifting platforms, truck loading lifts.
(3): Light port accessories: small gantry cranes, container auxiliary transfer mechanisms.
(4): Bucket elevators for bulk grain, sand and pellet raw material vertical lifting.
6. Construction & Sanitation Heavy Machinery
Large road sweepers, industrial snow removal machines, small loaders and engineering tricycles. Ideal for outdoor bumpy conditions with heavy load requirements.
