The process involves drawing, spinning, warping, weft expansion, and weaving to create a superior filter cloth with sufficient mechanical strength. After pre-treatment and heat setting, the physical and chemical properties are excellent, and the dimensions are stable, resulting in filter bags that meet specific application requirements. To enhance the performance of the filter bags and meet specific application needs, they undergo PTFE impregnation and surface PTFE film treatment. This combination of high-silica's acid resistance and PTFE's temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flexibility, and easy cleaning significantly improves the service life and other performance characteristics of the filter bags, making them an extremely cost-effective high-efficiency filtration material.
