The FV Series Conveyor Chains are roller chains or bush chains that comply with DIN standards. The following is a detailed introduction to them:
Types: There are mainly FV type conveyor chains, FVT type conveyor chains, and FVC type hollow pin conveyor chains. Among them, the FV type is a solid pin conveyor chain, the FVT type is a conveyor chain with large rollers and heightened link plates, and the FVC type is a hollow pin conveyor chain.
Pitch: The chain pitch is an integer in the metric system, ranging from 40mm to 500mm, with a variety of pitches available for selection.
Structural Features: The rollers of the FV series conveyor chains come in various structural forms, such as rollerless, S-type small rollers, P-type large rollers, F-type shouldered rollers, etc. Their link plates are usually stamped from cold-drawn steel to achieve maximum toughness, and all round components undergo comprehensive processing, surface hardening, and grinding.
Performance Advantages: Through rigorous testing and analysis, the FV series conveyor chains adopt a well-developed chain formula and select appropriate materials, enabling the chains to have the characteristics of a hard outer layer but a forgeable core.
