Description

DMF-Y type electromagnetic pulse valve is widely used on the basis of the Z-type valve, in order to adapt to situations with low gas source pressure
Developed to meet the requirements of dust removal, it is directly installed on the gas distribution box (airbag), hence it is called a submerged valve (also known as an embedded valve)
Valves, low-pressure valves, have good flow characteristics.
 

Working principle:

Electromagnetic pulse valve is a compressed of electromagnetic pre-head ,diaphragm and valve body.The back cavity of the diaphragm is bigger than the front cavity.The diaphragm is kept at the closed position due to the effect of big pressure.
Electric control cabinet inputs electronic signal so that the electromagnetic armature attracts the moving bar. Unclose the balancing hole to release the pressure gas in the back cavity of the diaphragm quikly ;the pressure gas in the font cavity holds up the diaphragm to open the passage and the pulse valve starts blowing.

FUNCTION

Pulse valves are used both in dust clean blowing systems for pulse bag filters, and in boiler soot removal systems. The main characteristics of pulse valves are large flow capacity and extremely short opening time (around 5 ms). These result in powerful sonic shock wave which efficiently removes dust particles (bag filters) or sediments in boiler tubes.
