Structure and Characteristics of C80HP

Core Structure: Hollow Pin Shaft
The pin center of C80HP has a through-hole with an inner diameter of 8.05mm. This is the core selling point of the chain - accessories such as crossbars, baffles, and positioning fixtures can be inserted or removed at any time without disassembling the chain through this hole.
Compared with the standard 80 transmission chain, it retains similar strength and wear resistance (tensile strength 50kN), but slightly reduces its own weight.
Chain plate shape: straight plate type
Using standard straight chain plates, with a regular appearance and strong resistance to lateral loads, suitable for linear heavy-duty transportation. But as a result, it is also impossible to make horizontal turns.
Type classification: Short pitch precision roller chain
80HP belongs to the "short pitch" series (different from C2080HP dual pitch). This means that its transmission accuracy is higher, fully compatible with standard 08A/16A sprockets, and the meshing is smooth
