M Series Conveyor Chains with Attachments are specialized conveyor chains formed by adding customized attachments (such as scrapers, baffles, push plates, etc.) to the standard M series conveyor chains. They are designed to meet the needs of grabbing, pushing, separating, or directional conveying of specific materials.
Scraper Attachments:
They are usually flat or arc-shaped, fixed on the outer side of the chain links by bolts or welding. They are used to convey bulk materials (such as grains, mineral powder, chemical fertilizers) and prevent materials from sliding down during inclined or vertical conveying. The materials are mostly carbon steel (with galvanized surface or anti-rust coating), stainless steel (for corrosion-resistant scenarios), or wear-resistant plastics (for food-grade scenarios).
Baffle Attachments:
Installed vertically or obliquely above the chain links, with heights ranging from a few centimeters to dozens of centimeters. They are used to separate materials (such as dividing the conveyor line into multiple independent channels) or block lateral movement of materials (such as the neat arrangement and conveying of bottled beverages and boxes). The baffles can be designed as fixed or adjustable to adapt to materials of different sizes.
Push Plate/Claw Attachments:
They are "L"-shaped or hook-shaped, installed on the chain at intervals. They are used to push materials to designated positions (such as pushing cartons to turn in sorting lines) or trigger the action of downstream equipment (such as cooperating with sensors to realize material counting). The push plate material needs to have certain rigidity to avoid deformation due to long-term force.
