Non-standard hollow pin conveyor chain is a kind of special conveyor chain with hollow pin, its core structure includes: 
1. Hollow pin: hollow shaft body (wall thickness usually 0.5-2mm) processed by stamping or drilling process, which can reduce the weight and save the material; 
2. Standard plate: chain plate (stamping or machining) which is fitted with pin, some models have attachments (such as stopper, side plate); 3. Sleeve and roller (optional): some designs include sleeve (to reduce the wear and tear of pin); 3. Standard chainplates: chainplates (stamped or machined) that fit onto the pin, some models come with attachments (e.g. stoppers, side plates); 
3. Sleeves and rollers (optional): some designs include sleeves (to reduce pin wear) and rollers (to reduce friction).
4. Core Difference: Compared with traditional solid pin chains, hollow pins significantly reduce weight while maintaining strength, making them suitable for lightweight and highly flexible conveying needs.
