Conveyor chains for elevator

The lifting machine's conveying chain is a circular closed structure formed by the hinged connection of chain links. It is driven by a driving device (such as a motor + reducer) to rotate the sprocket, which in turn drives the chain to move cyclically under the constraint of the guide rails, thereby achieving continuous vertical/tilted transportation of materials (bulk or assembled).

Core functions:
1.Carrying materials: Directly or indirectly (through feeders, lifting devices, etc. as attachments) bear the weight of the transported materials.
2.Transmitting power: Convert the rotational motion of the driving device into the linear motion of the chain, driving the entire conveying system to operate.
3.Guiding and stabilizing: Running along the guide rails, ensuring the precise movement trajectory, preventing deviation or shaking, and guaranteeing the safety of the transportation.
