PPS+PTFE blended laminating film is a high performance industrial filtration material, combining the excellent characteristics of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), compounded by a special process.
It can withstand a continuous working temperature of 190ºC and an instantaneous temperature of 210ºC; it has strong resistance to acid, alkali, organic solvents, etc., and is suitable for high humidity and corrosive environments; the surface of PTFE laminated film is smooth, the dust is easy to fall off, and the pressure of ash removal is low, so that it maintains a low operating resistance for a long period of time (air permeability of 12m²/m²-s). Anti-friction and anti-oxidation, reducing maintenance frequency and operating costs.
