Stainless Steel Filter Bag Cage

The bag cage is the core component of the bag filter, also known as the dust collector skeleton. It is mainly used to support and protect the filter bag, preventing it from collapsing or damaging during the filtering and cleaning process. The material is usually made of low carbon steel, stainless steel wire, or carbon steel fiber, with the surface treated by galvanizing, powder coating, and other processes to enhance corrosion resistance. The structure includes round, trapezoidal, envelope-shaped, and multi-section types, with a diameter range of 80 to 300 centimeters, and specifications for the number of ribs ranging from 6 to 24, with a lifespan of over 3 years.
