Lubrication method: 

Inspection and cleaning: 

Select the lubrication method based on the chain speed.

Low speed: You can manually add oil by using an oil pot or brush.

Medium speed: Lubrication can be done using an oil tank or oil pan.

High speed: Forced oil pump injection lubrication must be used.

Regular maintenance:

Rust and dust prevention: Chains are mostly made of iron-based materials and should avoid contact with water and corrosive liquids to prevent rusting.

Regularly check the tightness of the chain, wear of the sprocket, and whether the pin shaft rotates flexibly, and remove oil stains.
Timely replacement: When the chain is severely worn or malfunctioning, it should be immediately stopped and repaired. Do not mix old and new chains
