The clamping one-piece-able has been engineered to provide enhanced holding power in comparison to set screw collars.  It is designed to clamp the shaft in a uniform manner, thereby ensuring a secure hold that is resistant to vibrations.  This makes it particularly well-suited for applications where vibration is a concern.  The collar is then to be affixed to the shaft, prior to which the necessary clamping screws should be inserted and secured.

The clamping two-piece installation is a method of securing components to a shaft without the necessity of removing components or gaining access to the extremities of the shaft.  The position collar must be affixed to the shaft, with the two included clamping screws providing a secure hold.  The collars have been designed to clamp the shaft evenly, thus creating a strong and mar-free hold.

The hinged collar is a two-piece collar that has been incorporated into a one-piece design.  It can be opened to allow adjustment and then closed at any point along the shaft.  The clamping screw must be tightened in order to secure the component.  The screw is captive, thus preventing it from falling out, which renders these collars suitable for utilisation in confined areas where it is not possible to hold the screw in place.  The collars have been designed to clamp the shaft evenly, thus creating a strong, mar-free hold.
