I.Introduction of Product:

Our AL844 and BL866 leaf chains are heavy-duty steel leaf chains specially equipped with custom machined connecting end fittings. The chain plates are made of high-strength alloy steel, processed through precise stamping, heat treatment and surface finishing to achieve high tensile strength, excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance. The custom black-oxidized end connection blocks are precisely machined to perfectly match the leaf chain assembly, secured with split cotter pins for reliable connection. Each finished chain assembly is strictly inspected before packing to guarantee stable performance under heavy load conditions. Custom lengths and different end fitting configurations are available to satisfy diverse lifting machinery requirements.
