X 458 - X-Style Drop Forged Rivetless Chain X 458 The rivetless chain benefits from a robust and simple construction with good strength to weight ratio making the chain type a good choice for use with overhead trolleys, scraper flights and assembly conveyors. Both Standard and X style are offered in alloy steel. The X series is bi- directional flexing both horizontally and vertically making it most suitable for overhead systems with vertical curves.
