I.Introduction of Product:

    Designed for automated latex, nitrile, PVC and rubber glove dipping lines, this rubber glove carrier chain is made of heat-treated alloy steel for high strength, wear resistance and reliable performance at 160-180°C.

With double-end support bearings and anti-loosening T-shaped hanging shafts, it provides smooth operation, low vibration and stable glove mold positioning. The 38.1 mm standard pitch fits many glove production lines.

Suitable for dipping, vulcanizing, washing and demolding systems. OEM/ODM customization is available.

Fitted with T-type extended hanging shafts, the chain allows fast, firm installation of glove molds and uniform glue coating. The standard 38.1mm pitch works with most glove line sprockets, with custom sizing available.
