SDJ-SG-2 Vibration Velocity Sensor is a high-sensitivity sensor based on electromagnetic induction principles. It is widely used for vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis in rotating machinery such as steam turbines, fans, and compressors. It features a compact size, excellent sealing, and long service life.
Features:
1. No external power required: The sensor itself does not require an external power supply, reducing operating costs and maintenance complexity.
2. High sensitivity: Sensitivity of 30mV/mm/S ±1% (adjustable by the user), capable of accurately detecting minute vibration changes.
3. Wide frequency response: Selectable frequency ranges of 5-100 Hz, 10-500 Hz, and 10-1000 Hz can be customized according to user needs to adapt to different operating conditions.
4. Stable and reliable: The dual-coil design enhances effective signal superposition while attenuating interference signals, significantly improving anti-interference capabilities.
5. Flexible installation: Supports vertical or horizontal installation. Typically fixed with M10 screws, but magnetic base or flange mounting options are also available.
6. High durability: The stainless steel casing provides IP65 protection, ensuring dust and water resistance in harsh industrial environments.
7. The sensor operates reliably in a temperature range of -30ºC to 70ºC, up to 95% non-condensing humidity, and can withstand high humidity, high temperature, and strong magnetic field environments. High-temperature versions are available with a temperature rating of 120ºC+ (indicated by the letter H).
