This product is phosphated

Phosphating is a surface treatment process that combines chemical and electrochemical reactions. By immersing metal workpieces (e.g. steel, aluminium, zinc, etc.) in a specific phosphating solution, a layer of water-insoluble crystalline phosphate film (i.e. phosphating film) is formed on their surface. The main component of this film is iron phosphate, manganese phosphate or zinc phosphate and other compounds, the thickness of which is usually 1 to 50 microns. (varies according to the process).

Maintenance and Precautions

1.Regularly check the tension of the belt: If it is too loose, it may slip; if it is too tight, it will accelerate wear (adjustable through the tensioning wheel).
2.Cleaning and Lubrication: Avoid oil contamination of the belt (some belts need to avoid contact with grease).
3.Replace matching parts: After the belt or belt pulley wears out, they need to be replaced simultaneously to ensure consistency in specifications.
4.Anti-rust treatment: Metal belt pulleys need to take anti-corrosion measures in humid environments.
