Vinylon Filter Cloth
This series of filter cloth products is woven with nylon fiber and divided into filament and monofilament categories. The products are alkali resistant and weak acid resistant. High strength and good abrasion resistance. Normal operating temperature<130ºC.
The fibres of this series of filter cloth are divided into two types: nylon 6 and nylon 66. Nylon 66 has better performance than Nylon 6, which is toxic and cannot be used in the food industry. The products are mainly used in alkaline plate and frame filter presses, disc filters, and skeleton material of the rubber industry in chemical, coal, metallurgy, and other industries. The filtration precision of this series of filter cloth products can reach below 5 microns.
