Double-Articulated Design:

The chain is composed of multiple links connected by pins. The articulation points of each link allow the chain to bend simultaneously in the horizontal plane (left/right turns) and vertical plane (upward/downward slopes), breaking the limitation that traditional chains can only bend in one direction. This enables it to easily navigate around obstacles or adapt to complex paths such as circular or S-shaped routes.
Simplified "Rod-Pin Structure"
It typically adopts a concise design of "outer chain plates + inner chain plates + pins," reducing redundant components and lowering maintenance costs. Meanwhile, key parts such as pins and bearings are quenched to enhance wear resistance and load-bearing capacity.
Pitch Characteristics:
The term "double pitch" means that the chain's pitch (the distance between the centres of adjacent pins) is twice that of standard short-pitch chains. This design reduces the number of links per unit length, lowers operating noise, and makes it more suitable for conveying larger-sized materials.
