An electromagnetic pulse valve (also known as a diaphragm valve) is a device for generating vibration airflow during dust cleaning in a pulse bag filter, which is similar to pulse blowing. The control device forms the dust cleaning and spraying system of the dust collector, and the pulse spraying control device sends signals according to the setting to control the electromagnetic pulse valve spraying. Blow compressed air to sequentially clean the dust layer on the outer wall of the filter bag (in rows or chambers), keeping the dust layer within a controllable range, to achieve the dust collector's expected processing capacity and dust removal efficiency.
The DMF-Z electromagnetic pulse valve is the earliest and most mature type of valve used in pulse cleaning systems. It's inlet and outlet. The mouth angle is 90°, it is called a right angle valve, which is easy to install, has smooth airflow, and can provide ideal dust cleaning vibration airflow. It is suitable for cleaning of various filter elements such as round bags, flat bags, irregular bags, metal fiber bags, filter cartridges, ceramic tubes, and plastic fired plates.
