They combine the functions of power transmission and material conveying. The design of the hollow pins not only facilitates the installation of accessories but also allows adaptation to shaft - type transmission components. They are widely used in industrial scenarios that require the simultaneous realization of transmission and conveying.

Working Principle
Hollow pin conveyor chains for transmission drive the chain body to move through the rotation of the sprocket, realizing the transmission of power from the driving end to the driven end. At the same time, the accessories installed on the hollow pins are used to contact materials, completing the conveying, positioning or sorting of materials during the transmission process. Material Selection

• Carbon steel: After surface treatment such as galvanizing, painting or blackening, it is suitable for transmission and conveying in general industrial environments. It has low cost and strong load - bearing capacity, and is suitable for heavy - duty scenarios (such as the conveying of machine tool accessories and the transfer of hardware parts).
• Stainless steel (304/316): It has excellent corrosion resistance and rust resistance, and is suitable for humid environments or environments with corrosive media such as food processing, pharmaceutical production and chemical industry. It can directly contact materials without causing pollution.
