KR-939SB3 Combined Sensor
Tri-Parameter Combined Sensor
Oil Temperature: 0-100 °C
Oil Level: -10~40 mm
Vibration: 0-20 mm/s
This tri-parameter combined probe (oil level, temperature, and vibration) is a universal, non-bus structured combined probe developed by our company for safety monitoring systems in cooling tower fans. It can connect to various universal secondary instruments or computer data acquisition and control systems (DCS, PLC, etc.).
Designed for monitoring the safe operation of fan gearboxes, this combined probe integrates sensing and signal conditioning circuits for measuring oil temperature, oil level, and vibration. It directly outputs standard 4-20mA current signals corresponding to these safety parameters, compatible with various universal secondary instruments or computer digital acquisition and monitoring systems.
Temperature Measurement: Utilizes a platinum resistance sensor (RTD) and semiconductor integrated circuitry.
Oil Level Measurement: Operates based on the capacitive sensing principle.
Vibration Measurement: The sensor directly acquires mechanical vibration acceleration signals. Through amplification, band-pass filtering, first-order integration, and a True RMS (Root Mean Square) converter, vibration waveforms within the effective bandwidth are converted into their true RMS value. The final output for vibration is proportional to the vibration velocity RMS.
Output: Oil level, temperature, and vibration each generate independent 4-20mA output signals.
Appearance & Mounting Structure:
The probe features an external thread design for installation into threaded mounting holes on the fan gearbox. The probe stem inserts into the gearbox to acquire signals for lubricating oil temperature, oil level, and gearbox casing vibration, performing signal conditioning and transmission. Thread specifications and probe insertion depth must be specified when ordering.
