Heavy-Duty WD Series Welded Steel Drag Chains with Custom Attachments

Our WD Series Welded Steel Drag Chains are heavy-duty conveyor chains engineered specifically for continuous, high-load bulk material handling in harsh industrial environments. Fabricated from premium high-strength carbon steel via advanced welding technology, every pin, barrel, and sidebar undergoes precision heat treatment to deliver maximum tensile strength, superior wear resistance, and high shock tolerance.

Designed for maximum operational versatility, we offer a comprehensive lineup of ISO standard models-including WD102, WD104, WD110, WD112, WD113, WD116, WD118, WD480, and heavy-duty WDH122F3. These chains feature integrally welded attachment lugs, including standard C4 attachments, low-profile and extended wing/scraper plates (with plate thicknesses up to 12.7mm and overall widths up to 558.8mm). The tight assembly tolerances minimize pitch elongation, chain wear, and friction during long-term cyclic operation.

Fully customizable in pitch sizes, attachment styles, steel grades, and protective surface finishes (black oxide, shot blasting, and painting), our WD drag chains are the trusted choice for heavy-duty conveyors in lumber mills, grain handling, ash removal, mining, cement, and sugarcane processing.
