Introduction:

The extended pin conveyor chain is a special chain designed specifically for material conveying systems. Its core feature is to extend some or all of the pin shafts outward on the basis of the standard chain, forming a convenient accessory installation point. Extended pins can be used to install push heads, baffles, hooks, or achieve dual chain linkage, and are widely used in suspended conveyor lines, ground push conveyors, and various automated production lines.
According to the structural form of the elongated pin, it is usually divided into D1 type (uniformly elongated, suitable for double chain synchronization) and D3 type (with head or thread, suitable for detachable accessories). The chain pitch covers a range of 20 mm to 63 mm and above, with a maximum tensile strength of over 80 kN, suitable for various conveying scenarios from light to heavy loads.

Using thickened chain plates (such as t/t max up to 6.0 mm) and large diameter sleeves (such as d1 max up to 39.68 mm)
