High-silica dust removal filter bags (modified) with film-coated filter bags are made from high-quality high-silica fibers. The process involves drawing, spinning, warping, weft expansion, and weaving to create a superior filter cloth with sufficient mechanical strength. After pre-treatment and heat setting, the physical and chemical properties are excellent, and the dimensions are stable, resulting in filter bags that meet specific application requirements. To enhance the performance of the filter bags and meet specific application needs, they undergo PTFE impregnation and surface PTFE film treatment. This combination of high-silica's acid resistance and PTFE's temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, flexibility, and easy cleaning significantly improves the service life and other performance characteristics of the filter bags, making them an extremely cost-effective high-efficiency filtration material.

The high silicon oxygen (modified) coated filter bag can operate continuously between the acid dew point and 260ºC, with an instant temperature resistance of up to 280ºC. The filter material will not be burned or burned against the instantly generated hot particles and sparks.
The acid resistant and high silicon oxide coated filter material is baked in a 280 ºC oven for 2 hours, and the physical and chemical indicators and color remain basically unchanged, which is not possessed by other filter materials.
(5) Resistant to oxidation and corrosion
The high silicon oxygen (modified) fiber-coated filter bag will not be oxidized by oxygen or nitrogen, so there is no need to consider the issue of high or low oxygen content in the dust collector.
The corrosion resistance of high silica (modified) coated filter bags is outstanding, and after the entire filter material is impregnated with PTFE, PTFE will form a dense protective film on the surface of the high silica (modified) coated filter bag. Therefore, the high silica (modified) coated filter bag is minimally eroded during operation.
(6) Excellent flexural resistance.
(7) Water repellent and oil resistant, suitable for working conditions with high moisture content, effectively reducing the phenomenon of agglomeration after condensation.
