Articulated Bottomplate Chains are a type of conveyor chain with a core structure of continuously articulated bottomplates. They are widely used in various material conveying scenarios, especially in industrial environments that require stable loading, continuous transmission, or adaptation to complex paths.

Structural Features

• Core components: Composed of a series of mutually articulated metal or non-metallic bottomplates. The bottomplates are connected in series by pins, hinges, or other flexible connectors to form a continuous conveying surface. The bottomplates are usually flat, and can also be designed into structures with flanges, grooves, or special textures according to requirements.
• Support and drive: The bottom is usually equipped with guide rails or support wheels to reduce friction during chain operation; driven by sprockets or gears, it can realize complex path conveying such as straight lines, turns, or climbing by utilizing the articulation flexibility between the bottomplates.
• Diversity of materials:
