Polypropylene Filter Cloth: It is applied to the treatment of industrial sewage such as petroleum, chemical, ceramics, plastics, aluminum plants, pharmaceuticals, printing and dyeing. The products are wear-resistant,Anti-corrosion, fast water discharge and other characteristics.
Polyester Filter Cloth: It is applied to pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metallurgical and industrial filter presses and has good acid resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance,The product recovery performance is good.
Chinlon Filter Cloth: It is used in rubber, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy and other industries. It is resistant to strong alkali and weak acid, and its abrasion resistance is one of the best among many fibers,Therefore, it can be pressed together with rubber and is an ideal material for tire manufacturing industry.
Vinylon Filter Cloth: It is used in rubber industry and strong alkaline industry, can be affected by strong alkali, has good hygroscopicity, and is easy to be combined with rubber.

DESCRIPTION:
The selection of filter cloth plays an important role in the filtering effect, and its performance and the correctness of selection affect the filtering effect. The common filter cloth used at present is the synthetic fiber woven filter cloth. According to its different materials, it can be divided into polyester, vinylon, polypropylene, cotton, etc. In order to achieve ideal retention effect and filtration speed, the selection of filter cloth also needs to be based on the particle size, density, chemical composition and filtration process conditions of the slurry. Due to the different materials and methods of weaving filter cloth, its strength, elongation, permeability, thickness, etc different, thus affecting the filtering effect. In addition, the filter media also includes cotton cloth, non-woven fabric, screen, filter paper and microporous membrane, which are determined according to the actual filtration requirements.
