The Engineering Plastic Inner Link Light-Duty Conveyor Chain is a type of chain used for conveying.
Material Combination:
The inner links are usually made of engineering plastic materials, such as polymer materials like polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and nylon (PA). These materials feature light weight, corrosion resistance, and antistatic properties.
The outer link plates and pins are mostly made of metal materials, such as 304 stainless steel, to provide sufficient strength and rigidity.
Link Design:
It consists of integral engineering plastic inner links and assembled outer links, connected by pins. The links can flex relative to each other, enabling flexible conveying functions. Some chains are also equipped with attachments, such as horizontal wing attachments, vertical extension link plate attachments, and extended pin attachments, to meet different conveying needs.
