FV Series Conveyor Chains with Attachments are specialized conveyor chains formed by integrating customized attachments (such as scrapers, baffles, push plates, etc.) on the basis of standard FV series conveyor chains. They are designed to meet the needs of directional conveying, separation, grabbing or carrying of specific materials, and are widely used in industrial conveying scenarios in Europe and around the world.

Strong Compatibility with the Chain Body
The attachments are designed based on the link plate structure, pitch specifications (40mm-500mm) and hollow pin design (FVC type) of the FV series. No additional drilling or welding is required during installation; they can be directly fixed by bolts passing through the central hole of the hollow pin, ensuring high connection strength and preventing falling off due to vibration during operation. At the same time, they are compatible with the high tensile strength characteristics of the FV series (two types of tensile strength available), making them suitable for medium and heavy load scenarios.
Outstanding Stability and Durability of Attachments
The link plates of the FV series are stamped from cold-drawn steel, which has excellent toughness. Combined with round components (pins, bushings, etc.) that have undergone surface hardening and grinding, they provide stable support for the attachments. The collaborative force-bearing design between the attachments and the chain enables them to withstand long-term high-frequency operation, with wear resistance superior to that of ordinary chain-attachment combinations.

European food processing industry: FV chains with plastic scrapers are used for conveying bread and dairy products after baking, complying with the German LFGB food contact standards.
Automobile manufacturing industry: FV chains with pallet attachments are used to convey engine parts, cooperating with robotic arms to complete assembly, and the high precision ensures a positioning error of less than 2mm.
